PandaYou — Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PandaYou account and all associated server-side data. This is irreversible. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Email PandaYou.app@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in (Google or email/password account), with the subject "Delete my PandaYou account". We verify ownership via that email, then delete the account.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently erased from our servers:

Your account and sign-in credentials (Google or email)
Panda+ encrypted cloud backups (habits, diary, gratitude, moods, letters, XP)
Photos stored in your cloud backup
Friend pairings, published progress snapshots, and co-habit pact data
Device push tokens and nudge rate-limit records
Server-side reminder preferences tied to your account

Retention: in-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days (typically sooner). We do not retain a copy afterward, except where law requires.

PandaYou requires sign-in; all server-side app data is tied to your account and is removed when the account is deleted.
